HHS ASPR awards RITCA Development contract

Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory has been awarded a 2-year, $5M contract with the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response to develop Resource Information Tracking and Medical Communications Applications (RITCA) as an online and mobile phone-based application.
