Major Duties:
- Responsible to the ECC Director for overseeing the Business Line Management teams to design, instrument and sustain monitoring solutions for all VA business lines and portfolios.
- Partners with executive-level Business Line Directors to ensure that operational and portfolio needs are met.
- Responsible for managing and supporting the effective and efficient planning and execution of diverse information technology and business operations functions within the Enterprise Command Center.
- Provides direct supervision of first-level Information Technology Supervisors and monitors and/or oversees appropriate performance measures and indicators to assess the overall success of the office.
