3.0. Scope of Work
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to support 24-hour notification and technical support to provide an enterprise emergency notification system. This system shall provide 24 hours per day x 7 days per week (24 x 7), 365 days to VA staff in the creation of messages canned and impromptu notification messages for the VA.
The system shall provide the capability to rapidly alert all VA employees about an emerging threat such as a hurricane, active shooter scenario, natural disaster, fire etc. System will provide canned and impromptu notification detailed to a specific group or unit and provide the capability to be launched via website or mobile application…
