Your duties will be the following but not limited to:
- Determines and implements goals and objectives for the efficient and effective operations of the Office and communicates and coordinates projects, milestones, deadlines, timelines, and reporting requirements in support of these goals.
- Leads and promotes team-oriented approaches and the development, direction, and coordination of program-related management policies, activities, and operations.
- Interprets, develops, and implements cross-divisional policies and processes, determines services needed for optimal support of mission activities, and ensures that planning, budgeting, and policy analysis and implementation initiatives are informed by an awareness of current internal and external developments.
- Leads establishment of short-range, long-range, and strategic plans for management, business-related, and technical services and operations.
- Provides analysis and advisory guidance to OAMS leadership by developing key program policies, initiatives, and processes to support critical programs, business efforts, and administrative services; formulating proposals, plans, and approaches (i.e., to better manage funds, personnel and material resources such as funding, positions, space and equipment) …
