CORMAC is seeking a hands-on Proposal Manger with CMS experience to ensure all of the company’s proposals are fully executed from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating the proposal process and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs); from preparing the actual proposals to coordinating their presentation to clients. The Proposal Manager will provide direction in Proposal Writing Best Practices to proposal and technical staff, including brainstorming layouts and text development, task delegation, response editing and submissions, and other efforts associated with the process
- Strategize with all internal teams, such as Business Development, Capture, Marketing, Product Marketing, Program Services, Tech Support, Legal, etc. to build and execute on programs
- Plan proposal development and production support activities, including preparing the master proposal schedule and managing the proposal preparation process
- Develop and manage the proposal team and assign key proposal personnel; including identifying, allocating, providing resources, and issuing effective proposal instructions to proposal team staff
