John Patterson, an industry leader with experience in public health analysis roles at the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has taken on a new challenge as Associate Director for Customer Experience at the CDC, Office of Safety, Security and Asset Management.
