CDC taps Associate Director for Customer Experience

John Patterson, an industry leader with experience in public health analysis roles at the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has taken on a new challenge as Associate Director for Customer Experience at the CDC, Office of Safety, Security and Asset Management.

Prior roles include:

  • Policy, Performance, and Communications Lead, Office of the Chief Operating Officer – Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
  • Public Health Analyst, Office of the Chief Operating Officer – Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
  • Public Health Analyst, Immunization Services Division – Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
