1.5 Scope: The scope of this PWS is to provide [Technology Support Branch] TSB support services to the PMOs and Branches in association to the core domains defined in section 1.3 above except for Cybersecurity (CS) and Code Maintenance (Code MX). While these two domains are not in scope, it is expected that the Contractor shall fully cooperate with all support vendors operating in the DHA in support of mission success.
The platforms and systems belonging to the TSB Branch and PMOs are in various stages of the system and technology life cycle. The system lifecycle (also referred to as SDLC throughout this document) and the technology lifecycle in the context of this document are aligned to the ISO 15288.
The platforms and systems in scope for receiving TSB support services associated with the domains are as follows:
Technology Support Branch (TSB)- iDentity Authorization System (iAS), Informatica Common Service (ICS), Acquisition Lifecycle Manager (ALM), Business Intelligence Common Services (BCS), Customer Relationship Management Platform (CRMP), API Management Platform (AMP), Electronic Identification Platform (eIDP), Application Server Common Services (ASCS), Military Health System Service Desk (MHS-SD), and Enterprise Content Management-Business Process Management (ECM-BPM).
