The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award, on a sole source basis, a combined firm-fixed price and time and material contract to Deloitte Consulting LLP, 1919 N Lynn St, Arlington, VA 22209-1742, to provide support for the Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS) in all aspects of operations and maintenance and supporting the adaptability of VAMS new use cases emerge. This includes maintenance of the VAMS software in different environments, functional and development support, systems administration, application log analysis, external system interface management, data integrity validation, operation reporting, database administration, network monitoring, performance tuning, backup and disaster recovery, service level agreements, upgrades and maintenance, monitoring and performance, test management, release management, technical change management, defect resolution and its management, and end user support. The support will also include release/patch planning, maintaining the application to approved levels of patches, maintenance updates, and optional replatforming efforts.
