(Knowesis) Texas Operations. In his new role, John’s primary focus is “taking care of Knowesis’ Texas staff so they can take care of our customers,” said Hansen. “Process improvements for customer support, increased capacity, and some structural enhancements are top of my list, as well.” Steve Flowers, Knowesis Chief Operations Principal said, “With John, we have added depth to our corporate services team, and installed a leader for our Texas operations and Texas-based Federal healthcare customers.”
