“This position is located in the Department of Health And Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Child Care (OCC), Division of Planning, Data and Policy (DPDP), located in Washington, District of Columbia.”
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will provide a wide range of leadership, advisory, analytical, coordination, and oversight services for one or more OCC contracts or projects involving information technology (IT) and data.
- The incumbent will serve as Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) on one or more OCC contracts with IT data collection systems.
- The incumbent will provide oversight and direction, including through regular meetings and communication with the contractors.
- The incumbent will independently plan, design, and carry out programs, projects, studies, and other work and applies analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
