In a LinkedIn post announcing the move, Philip wrote, “Exciting news! Tomorrow I start a new page in my career journey with Blue Water Thinking as a Manager focused on the strategic delivery of health sector projects and growth of our health portfolio. I am excited to get back to supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs strategic health system and policy initiatives, along with other federal departments!”
