GDIT recruits Chelsea Kim for Director of Strategic Initiatives

Chelsea Kim, a business and technical leader with experience delivering enterprise IT and regulatory solutions and services, has taken on a new challenge as Director of Strategic Initiatives at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). Chelsea brings deep experience in end-to-end project & program management, business operations, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with agile methodologies.

In a LinkedIn post announcing the move, Chelsea wrote, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director of Strategic Initiatives in Federal Health at General Dynamics Information Technology! I’m indescribably grateful for all the learnings and guidance I received from my Microsoft colleagues and leadership. At the same time, I look forward to new learnings, challenges, and connections in Federal Health sector!”

  • Operations Program Manager – Microsoft
  • Health IT Program Manager (Lead Associate) – Booz Allen Hamilton
  • Associate – Booz Allen Hamilton
