“The purpose of this Special Notice Modification HT0011-22-R-0043-0001 is to provide further information as it relates to the DHA Uniformed Services Family Health Plan (USFHP) Data Integration Support Services (DISS) acquisition. As previously stated, this requirement was posted to GSA eBuy under GSA RFQ1554834 as a 100% SBA Certified 8a set-aside under GSA IT Schedule 70 SIN 54151HEAL only.”
“The requirement is to provide information technology, data warehouse and data processing support services to the Department of Defense (DoD) for the Designated Provider (DP) health care delivery system in support of the Military Health System (MHS) system. Additionally, services are provided to collect DP submitted data monthly, interface with Defense Enrollment and Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) for the purpose of collecting enrollment and eligibility data and to send enrollment fee and catastrophic capitation information on DP beneficiaries, report monthly results for enrollment and capitation, maintain a database of all enrollment demographics for the DP population, perform audits and reviews, and report results of the data collection and comparison.”

“All 8a vendors who hold a GSA IT Schedule 70 with SIN 54151HEAL are encouraged to go to GSA eBuy and submit a quote if interested in support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) TRICARE Health Plan, Health Plan Design Branch, Policy and Programs Office.”
