“OIT QPR is seeking solutions to establish and maintain tools and methods to acquire and retain OIT and QPR knowledge assets and historical records, to facilitate collaboration, to promote efficient and effective information sharing both internally and externally, and to enable informed decision making allowing timely, accurate, and complete responses to inquiries. The following goals are set towards developing QPR:
- Build a sustainable QPR knowledge management, records management, and communications capability.
- Improve QPR organizational efficiency by reducing the need to rediscover knowledge.
- Continuously improve QPR’s performance through the creation, storage, and sharing of organization knowledge, accomplishments, plans, and endeavors.
- Use QPR’s knowledge assets and historical records to improve organization performance.
- Transform knowledge to add value to QPR processes and operations.
The Contractor services are necessary to meet these goals and requirements specified in this PWS.”
