SDVOB Thundercat Technologies has been awarded a $3M Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Triage Expert Contact Center (TXCC) Follow-on New Delivery Order.
“Description of Action: The proposed action is for a firm-fixed-price delivery order issued under the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement V (SEWP) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), for Brand Name DSHI Systems, Inc. TriageXpert Contact Center (TXCC) software-as-a-service (SaaS) license subscriptions and related technical support for the national rollout to Veterans Health Administration (VHA) nurses and nurse triage leads in all Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN) sites. The base period will procure subscriptions for up to nine (9) VISNs and the optional task may be used to purchase subscriptions for additional VISNs during the base period, if needed, based on the speed of national rollout. The option period will procure subscriptions for all twenty-three (23) VISNs across the VHA enterprise.”
