“As the Division Director for the Division of Capital Planning, Architecture and Project Management (DCPAPM), you are responsible for the organization, management, and administrative functions necessary to carry out the responsibilities of DCPAPM.”
Duties:
- “Supervising and managing the programs and staff members composed of information technology employees to provide state of the art technology consultation, communication, and expertise in the areas of Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Section 508 Compliance, Records Management, and Project Management of the IT programs.
- Identifying, directing and coordinating the plans, goals, and objectives of DCPAPM and supporting Branches.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring activities associated with CPIC policies and procedures as they relate to HRSA in tandem with HHS policies.
- Providing full life-cycle IT project management guidance, methods, systems, and tools to promote consistent and successful project outcomes.
- Evaluating cybersecurity controls proposed for potential IT investments to ensure that they are and continue to be implemented correctly, operating as intended, and producing the desired outcome.
- Leading the transformation of agency records management processes to address the challenges posed by electronic records.”
