Jay Jefferies, armed with 25 years’ experience with the Software Development Life Cycle including experience in software systems design, development, integration, and testing, has been tapped by GRSi as Director of Technology and Strategic Growth. In this new role, Jay will assess, define, and champion engineering solutions across GRSi, research, evaluate and support implementation of technical solutions, and support proposal effort to include decomposition of requirements and technical writing.
