“Scope:
- The contractor shall provide support for Office of Acquisition and Grants Management (OAGM) Strategic Enterprise Engagement and Alignment (SEA) Program to manage CMS’ high visibility, mission-critical strategic initiatives. This necessitates the need to augment project management development with contractor support through the use of portfolio management best practices and project management systems to manage CMS’ mission critical strategic initiatives as related to OAGM.
- Portfolio management support will enable the OAGM establish a structure to support initiatives required to ensure successful integration, implementation and achievement of Agency objectives and mandated legislation as well as provide the mechanisms for reporting at the senior management, HHS and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) levels.
- There are several high priority projects within OAGM that support Enterprise Operations and CMS strategic initiatives. Reporting will be developed as a communication vehicle designed for OAGM to raise attention to issues for senior leadership and to highlight critical decisions and actions that must be taken to ensure priority project success.”
