“The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Healthcare Administration (VHA) Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), is conducting market research through this source sought notice to seek sources that can provide an existing commercial off the shelf web-based subscription to an online Reprotox – Clinical Care of Point Reproduction which will be made available throughout the VHA…”

“Scope of Work:

  • The vendor will provide all sites on the VHA network with access to a single online, web-based product. Authentication should be through IP address and Liblynx validation on an enterprise basis.
  • An unrestricted number of simultaneous users are to have immediate access from any web-enabled computer within VHA. It is required that all authorized remote users with VPN access have access to the product.”
