Major Duties:
- Responsible for developing elements of large complex programs and projects related to AMO portfolios and for guiding the creation, development, and continued management of the IT portfolio.
- Responsible for driving the identification and articulation of IT Account Management mission objectives from the perspectives of the assigned functional area to prioritize IT projects, balance portfolios, ensure integration of technology, and allocate resources to optimize investments in legacy and future technology.
- Ensures stakeholder business needs are understood and portfolios are designed to provide strategic leadership with relevant information for decision making on initiatives affecting the IT portfolio.
- Leads and directs the development of the IT portfolio and develops solutions to architecture, IT investment optimization, and other challenges.
- Leads and directs the prioritization process for the IT project portfolio, identifying potential areas where existing policies, procedures, and tools change and where new ones need to be developed.
