HHS IHS Sources Sought: Marketing and Media Consultant and Web Services

“The Government has a potential need for marketing/social media/branding services for the Indian Health Services (IHS), California Area Office (CAO) in support of our Desert Sage and Sacred Oaks Youth Treatment Facilities (YRTCs) located in Hemet and Davis CA.”

“The YRTCs provide residential substance use treatment for American Indian/Alaska Native youth between 12-17.  These are the first two IHS administered programs in California.  Each location has 32 beds and are co-ed.  We provide care to any eligible patient, not just those from CA.  However, our priority is to increase awareness of our program within CA and the tribal communities.”

“We desire assistance with creating a culturally appropriate branding/marketing campaign to include:

  • Revision of our mission/vision to aid in logo creation, color, text, format branding
  • Graphic arts/media assistance: Brochure, Posters, Signs, Informational flyers, Outreach table informational
  • Social Media assistance: Building and expanding our presence, Content creation, Intentional advertisements (including paid, targeted and other strategies)
  • Website support: Possible building of independent website (pending government regulations), Optimization of current website to be more user friendly, Search engine optimization…”
