“The primary purpose of this contract is to procure a contract with a Contractor who can provide support, connectivity & maintenance for the RALS-Web3 Software used in the Laboratory Department at the USPHS Claremore Indian Hospital in Claremore, Oklahoma.”
“The contractor shall provide support, maintenance & connectivity for the following RALS-Web3 Software in order to ensure that the Laboratory Department of the Claremore Indian Hospital is able to provide accurate and timely test results to medical providers:
- Abbott i-Stat RALS-Web3 Software
- Roche Glucose Inform II RALS-Web3 Software
“Contractor shall:
- Enable LIS interface with Electronic Health Record system
- Provide 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week technical support via telephone
- Provide license for use of listed RALS-Web3 software”
