HHS HRSA seeks Branch Chief, Review Operations

“As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you serve as the Chief of the Review Operations Branch and perform the full range of supervisory duties and responsibilities to manage and monitor staff and provide direction for all Branch Activities.” 

“Responsibilities: 

  • Managing task order preparation and processing, modifications and ratifications as necessary. 
  • Reviewing and determining cost effective review methods. 
  • Monitoring and overseeing the development of forecast information for Master Data and subsequent Review Schedules. 
  • Leading and directing DIR training activities for HRSA staff, DIR support contractors and HRSA reviewers about HRSA procedures and software used in the review. 
  • Conducting ongoing analysis of all data captured during the review process, and preparing written and oral presentations for Senior Management as directed. 
  • Representing DIR as the principal liaison with HRSA in identifying technology that can be implemented by improve the HRSA independent review processes.”
