Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of general management and oversight of the day-to-day operations, task execution and delivery of programs in the assigned MVH portfolio.
- Responsible for managing planned revenue, P&L, execution of program growth initiatives.
- Be ultimately responsible for all aspects of program delivery compliance, customer satisfaction and staff development within the program for professional and career development.
- Establish and implement key metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), which provide periodic and on-demand health check of programs, contracts, and customer relationships at all levels of decision making at the account.
- Maintain personal and real time/regular communication with key customers and take proactive and lead roles in new business development activities.
- Manage risk assessment process; work with teams to mitigate exposure, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Work in conjunction with the MVH Growth team to monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities. Contributes input into Price-to-Win and technical strategies, sharing responsibility with the VP of Strategic Growth.
- Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of related business operations and successful program delivery experience
- At least 7+ years of related operational experience with federal procurement/contracting.
- 7+ years in managerial roles of increasing responsibility
- Experience managing a P&L for a mid-size to large, decentralized organization is desirable.”
