“The Executive Director for Contract and Operations Management is responsible for providing leadership and oversees the daily operations of the Acquisition Compliance and Policy Oversight, Operations Management and Contract Management and Oversight for the Office of Strategic Sourcing.
Duties:
- Provides centralized management and oversight of Strategic Sourcing’s Acquisition Compliance policy and program solutions.
- Manages assigned initiatives in accordance with established cost, schedule, functional and technical performance requirements.
- Provides oversight and support for Acquisition Compliance, FITARA as it relates to the Chief Information Office and acquisition execution, Office of Strategic Sourcing management, customer interface, COR reviews, industry liaison and federal strategic sourcing activities, dissemination of Acquisition Compliance policies and procedures, enterprise federal inter-agency agreements, expert performance-based contracting and development of quality assurance performance standards.
- Manages teams ensuring project goals are met within established thresholds. Interfaces with senior executive management, stakeholders, managers, and agency staff to ensure overall program coordination. Interfaces with customers, Federal government agencies, higher headquarters, and others interested in Strategic Sourcing transformation programs.
- Analyzes products and services to consider benefits and risks of inclusion in offering to customers.
- Leads the effort in developing a vendor market research data base for OIT, methods, procedures, and policies to support and grow suite of products and services.”
