The Regional Health Contracting Office- Central, in Fort Bliss, Texas is requesting information and conducting market research to identify and determine if there are potential sources which have the capabilities to provide iMedConsent Content License/Support. (Ref. Attachment 1)

As part of its market research, RHCO-C is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.

Item Description:

a. Clinical Content Annual License – one (1) year term. Includes the use of iMedConsent Clinical library for use on iMedConsent Enterprise Software Program. Includes content updates throughout the License term: the requirement will encompass the following:

a. Renew subscription to content library for the iMedconsent Library of clinical materials. iMedconsent contains procedure-specific informed consent information (risks, benefits, alternatives, etc.) for all treatments and procedures performed at WBAMC that require signature consent.

b. iMedConsent Software Program Maintenance – one (1) year term. Includes program maintenance and updates throughout the license term. iMedConsent contains procedure specific informed consent information (risks, benefits, alternatives, etc.) for all treatments and procedures performed at WBAMC that require signature consent. Phone Support 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Repair/upgrade/patch iMedConsent application. Remote software and interface diagnostics.
