Update: Protest of VA Health Services DevSecOps Support requirement denied

Here we follow the protests related to this 5-year Department of Veterans Affairs requirement intended to provide development, testing, integration, architecture, and all ongoing planned and unplanned O&M support to include predictive, preventative, corrective, and evolutionary through a cycle of Continuous Integration for this portfolio composed of 11 product lines within three sub-portfolios.
