FDA inks deal for Opentext Appworks platform

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has inked a 2-year, $4.6M deal for the Opentext Appworks platform to include annual maintenance, support, and training.  The task was awarded to GovSmart, a HUBZone company, and was competed on the NASA SEWP V contract vehicle as a HUZone set-aside. GovSmart was the only bidder.
