“Primary Goal: Contractor shall develop and virtually deliver a Six Sigma Black Belt curricula based on the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Six Sigma Black Belt Body of Knowledge that will train experienced Lean and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) practitioners to improve skills, productivity, and prepare them to successfully complete the ASQ certification exam.”
“Specific requirements of work are as follows:
- Contractor shall provide instructor(s) who is/are
- ASQ Certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belts or Master Black Belts.
- Have knowledge and experience in Sigma XL.
- Contractor shall develop and deliver a
- 20-Day Six Sigma Black Belt Training Course for up to 10 participants.
- Training will be provided in four, 1-week virtual training sessions. Approximately 1 week every other month. Schedule to be determined by Contractor and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) after contract award.
- Training that will ensure process improvement personnel are knowledgeable in the following areas – Sigma Black Belt, Sigma XL.
- Contractor shall provide a Six Sigma Black Belt Curricula that has been modified to utilize Sigma XL as the statistical analysis software. This includes
- Developing examples in Sigma XL for class use.
- Developing activities and exercises for use in class that require students to utilize Sigma XL for statistical analysis.
- Contractor shall provide an end-of-course certification testing for up to 10 participants.
- Contractor will provide an end-of-course assessment that contains questions derived from the ASQ LSS Black Belt book of knowledge and designed to prepare attendees to take the ASQ LSS BB certification exam.
