- Review and oversee content development for the DRS website to ensure proper and consistent messaging of programs and services.
- Assist in the design, layout, and reorganization of the DRS website in concert with the ORS website upgrade project level of effort.
- Aid in creation of a long-term strategy for maintaining up-to-date DRS website content.
- Develop customer group profiles by their role and expertise and develop appropriate messaging strategies for each.
