DHA awards $12.5M Technical Debt Analyses contract to extend service

Niksoft Systems Corp., Reston, Virginia, was awarded a firm-fixed-price requirements contract for contract line item number 1001 in the amount of $12,515,070. This contract requires system/component technical debt analyses to be conducted in support of the systems engineering plan. The analyses shall be specific to the assessment areas of data architecture/modeling, business process analysis, solutions architecture, total systems ownership costs analysis, OpenText engineering/architecture, e-signature engineering/architecture, application interface program engineering, Software Applications & Products in Data Processing (SAP) Business Objects universe design, database technology alignment, extract/transfer/load engineering, DevOps engineering, micro-services engineering, internet cloud provider engineering and architecture, and cybersecurity architecture. The base period of the current contract ends on Dec. 15, 2021, and this option is to prevent a break in service. This option will be funded with fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance funding in the amount $12,515,070. The Defense Health Agency, Professional Services Contracting Division, Falls Church, Virginia, is the contracting activity (HT001121C0022).
