WOSB picks up two HHS/CMS Salesforce-related contracts

8(a) HUBZone EDWOSB Radiant Infotech, that focuses on providing Data Management and Analytics, Agile Software Engineering & DevOps, and Management Consulting services, has picked up two recent Salesforce related awards with HHS/CMS.

The first is a four-year, $4M contract at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Center for Program Integrity (CPI). Work is to provide Medicaid Eligibility Quality Control (MEQC) & Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM) Salesforce Automation. This was awarded as an 8(a) sole source action.

Radiant Infotech was also awarded a contract with the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) to provide a Cloud-based Antivirus Scanner to Salesforce applications. This was also awarded as an 8(a) sole source action.

Led by COO & Co-Founder Sumant Kapoor, this CMS SPARC Prime is not a new face to CMS as they are now either a Prime or a subcontractor at every major component (OIT, CM, CCIIO, CMMI, CCSQ, CPI) at CMS.

The team brings experience having supported the Agency on key legislative programs mandated by ACA and MACRA; and they have added four Prime contract wins in the last year or two, to include initiatives to provide support of Salesforce Enterprise Integration (SEI) and Cloud Resource Management efforts; a 5-year CMS Reasonable Accommodation Management Tool support contract; a 2018 Salesforce Enterprise Integration (SEI) task; and a recent Inquiry Management System support task win.
