US Army MEDCOM awards $9M contract for Oracle Software Licenses and Databases Products

Emergent, LLC has been awarded a $9M US Army MEDCOM contract for Oracle Software Licenses and Databases Products.

“USAMRDC uses Oracle software licenses and databases products to achieve its mission critical and support applications. These Oracle products are used extensively and the support applications have been integrated with Oracle products. The anticipated period of performance is for 29 November 2021 – 28 November 2022. No support option years are included as USAMRDC intends to join DHA Oracle support agreement in November 2022…”

“Oracle and Oracle authorized resellers are the only vendors capable of providing the required software licenses and support. Without this support USAMRDC will not be able to receive software updates and support for its significant investment in Oracle software rendering vital personnel applications vulnerable to failure…”
