Through the task order, valued at $27 million over five years, Excella will provide change management, communication, human-centered design, data analytics support, and agile coaching services to combat fraud, waste and abuse and support the development of HHS OIG’s strategic roadmap.
HHS OIG oversees more than $1 trillion in funding that directly impacts citizens’ everyday lives. The OCDO empowers OIG to use data proactively and has become the model for using data to fight fraud, waste, and abuse and improve program effectiveness.”
