“Under this contract, Sparksoft will perform IV&V of the IZ Gateway through the following tasks:
Plan, review and assess the IZ Gateway requirements, specifications, design decisions, system architecture, hardware/software technology decisions, and other development life cycle decisions used to establish the existing IZ Gateway infrastructure.
Plan, review, and assess the processes, activities, and technologies used to operate and maintain the current IZ Gateway infrastructure.
Plan, review, and assess the processes and activities used during O&M and development life cycle phases of IZ Gateway enhancements.
Produce actionable recommendations, identify opportunities for improvement, and document the value proposition for the IZ Gateway and stakeholders for improving or refreshing any components of the IZ Gateway.”
