Armed with seven years’ experience at the Defense Health Agency, Michael Clay has moved to the Program Executive Office of the Defense Healthcare Management Systems to serve as APLIS Program Manager.
Michael brings perspective gained from DHA responsible for the acquisition, technical development, and life cycle management of various multi-million dollar product initiatives and experience working with functional managers to identify requirements, write and review specifications, identify costs, and serve as task manager for delivery orders dealing with analysis, development, implementing and sustaining systems.
