Mark Thoms, an industry leader with incident management experience with contractors serving Federal agencies as well as in the private sector, has taken on a challenge with Mulesoft, a Salesforce company.
Most recently, Mark provided Major Incident Management for the US Veterans Administration supporting the VA Medical Hospitals and clinics, Crisis (including the Veteran Suicide Prevention and Benefit Hotline call centers), National Cemetery Systems, and VA Benefit programs. Read the post here.
