“The DDoC ensures coordination and development of Network contracts for supplies, services, and equipment; assists facilities with Forecasting of Contracting Opportunities (FCO) and coordinating efforts to reduce Supply Chain costs for the facilities within the Network; works with the Training Officer to identify and develop both technical and generalized education and training requirements for all acquisition staff, to include oversight of COR training and specialized training for contracting; supports development and execution of customer satisfaction surveys to ensure continuous improvements within the acquisition organization; communicates and coordinates satisfaction surveys with customers to determine their needs and satisfaction with the manner in which the acquisition system is meeting those needs; supervises all Network level support staff within the NCO.”
