The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), Office of Acquisitions(OA), on behalf of the Information Technology and Applications Center (ITAC) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order without providing for full and open competition (including brand-name) to Subject7, Inc., 11121 Stackhouse Ct., Potomac, MD 20854 to provide Proof Automation Testing Licenses…”

“Purpose and Objectives: The purpose of this acquisition is to provide the Information Technology and Applications Center (ITAC), within the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), with additional software licenses and the continued use of the specialized software being used to comply with recently established security requirements for custom applications and web browsers to be tested before they are upgraded, patched, or modified, in order to prevent unexpected problems and/or issues with these applications and web browsers once they are upgraded, patched, or modified…”

“Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this fixed price purchase order is twelve (12) months.”

“Project Description: This acquisition is a request for more user licenses with maintenance and the inclusion of on-site support hours. The contractor shall provide maintenance for 29 Subject 7 automation users for twelve months and subscription for 13 load testing licenses that support up to 100 virtual users and subscription for 1 load testing license to support 1,500 virtual users with the option of getting up to 7,500 virtual users twice per year within the performance period…”
