VA seeking Director DevSecOps

“The incumbent serves as Director, under the Executive Director Enterprise Command Operations (ECO), within the Development, Security & Operations (DevSecOps), Office of Information & Technology (OIT).”   

“Major Duties: 

  • Provides technical oversight and direction for all incident, problem, emergency management and request services, processes, contracts and staff, ultimately impacting and supporting the plans, goals, and effectiveness of the VA nationwide. 
  • Develops and implements internal management controls (IMC) within functional areas of responsibility. 
  • Oversees performance metrices, service level agreements (SLAs) and contract activities. 
  • Develops and monitors meaningful performance metrics used in evaluating the accomplishment of program and project goals and objectives. 
  • Facilitates and supports cross-organizational workgroups as necessary to enable OIT and ECO mission…”
