“Responsibilities
- Provides strategic and tactical business advice and guidance to the Director and Deputy Director, Office of Financial Systems Policy and Oversight (OFSPO) on executive policy, administrative management, information management, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Leads the communications and ensures all internal and external communications clearly articulate and align with the mission, vision, and values of OFSPO.
- Fosters the integration of dispersed enterprise financial management components and the formation of close partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Leads teams and groups, makes presentations, serves as a spokesperson, conducts meetings designed to solicit input on financial management systems oversight and guidance and/or operation and maintenance, system lifecycle management, or policies regulating financial management systems.
- Organizes the work, sets priorities, determines resource requirements and determines short or long-term goals and strategies to achieve them.
- Promotes and facilitates collaborative efforts to build internal and external coalitions with other Federal agencies – to include Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Treasury – to achieve common goals.”
