Brian Morgan, armed with nearly 20 years of health care IT institutional knowledge, and perspective gained serving in IT project and program management capacities takes on a new challenge as Vice President, Health IT Strategy with GovernmentCIO.
Brian brings recent experience serving as VA/DHA Senior Director and Chief Technologist, providing senior leadership and P&L oversight for ~20 contracts across VA, DHA, and commercial health entities and assisting on the successful capture of over $600M in contracts, with involvement on over $1B in pipeline, and focused on-contract growth.
