“This position is located in the Office of Operations (OO), Office of Information Management and Technology (OIMT), Office of Technology and Delivery (OTD), Delivery Management and Support Staff (DMSS).”
Responsibilities:
- IT service platform/web development with overall integration and maintenance services.
- Business workflows, especially where integration of processes promotes efficiencies and process improvements. Uses and serves as authority on ITIL best practices framework.
- Configuration Management with alignment to architectures, standards, policies, and practices ensuring interoperability and integration.
- Serves as Lead point of contact to the rest of the servicing IT organization, management, and customers/end users on technical aspects particularly to ServiceNow.
