FDA inks $19M deal for ServiceNow fulfiller license subscription

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has inked a 3-year, $19M deal for ServiceNow fulfiller license subscriptions to meet existing Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Business Management (ITBM) operation needs. HUBZone Govsmart beat out 7 other bidders to win the contract, which was awarded as a HUBZone set-aside action using the NASA SEWP V contract vehicle.
