The purpose of this task order is to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and facilities to maintain and administer the DCC within a secured environment as an integral part of the MMP and NHBS systems to achieve high quality, timely data that is ready for analysis and dissemination. The Contractor shall use “Best Practice” approaches for reproducible data – processes that include supporting documentation and shall automate the services wherever possible.
