Andrew Conn, an industry leader with executive leadership experience in the Federal healthcare market, has taken on a new challenge as President, Federal Government Solutions (FGS) at Anthem. Andrew had previously served in the role in an interim capacity. In this role, Andrew has overall P&L responsibility for all service delivery, operational, IT and systems security, audit and compliance, business development, and legal functions for Anthem’s Federal business.
