The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Centers within VISN 9 require expansion of the CliniComp|EHR system for patient documentation in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), ProceduralCare Areas, and Emergency Department. This requirement shall include installation and implementation of CliniComp software, proprietary hardware such as the Universal Data Acquisition System (UDAS) and associated cables, all associated interfacing with DSS DataBridge and DSS VSOA, as well as all system and end user application configurations. This requirement shall also include all licensing for software, server and use, face to face training for end users provided by the CliniComp clinical specialists and a minimum of one year warranty, maintenance and support services for all software and hardware provided.
To minimize costs, contractor shall use all existing CliniComp|EHR software, hardware, infrastructure and interfaces to the fullest extent possible. The contractor shall provide all upgrades to or replacement of existing CliniComp hardware and servers as required in support of the expansion. The VA shall be responsible for providing network data connections at the patient bedside and in network data closets.
