VA awards 5-year Veterans Experience Office (VEO) Embedding CX through Certification and Programming for VA Community BPA

Service-disabled Veteran-owned small business Technical Assent, a leading provider of Experience Design, Solution Implementation, and Service Management, has been awarded a $2.3M 5-year single-award BPA with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

“Work under this contract with the Veterans Experience Office is to design, build, and deploy its first-ever Customer Experience Institute (CXi). At its start, the CXi will provide CX resources and a learning program tailored to VA mission and culture. It will equip participants with human-centered skills and tools to design better service experiences for Veterans, Caregivers, and Employees and further hardwire CX in government.”

Other recent wins for Technical Assent at VA include expanding VA’s first Employee Experience capability, leading an effort to reimagine the Veteran Healthcare Experience, and expanding access to care for women Veterans.
