“Before joining Cognitive Medical Systems in 2014, Gerkin spent most of her career managing human resources for extensive engineering, procurement, and construction firms. Recognized as a strategic partner in her previous roles, she also gained valuable experience in employee relations, payroll processing, benefits administration, recruiting, and compliance with state and federal employment laws throughout her career. Gerkin received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 2007.”
