DHA DHMSM seeking IT Project Manager

“This position is located in the Defense Health Agency (DHA) under the policy guidance and direction of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs (ASD (HA)). The DHA ACQ Demo workforce is responsible for management and performance of Military Health Systems (MHS) Acquisition Programs within the DHA, Federal Electronic Health Record Modernization (FEHRM) office, Program Executive Office or Program Management Offices.” 

“Responsibilities 

  • The incumbent is responsible for aligning Information Technology (IT) contract management to specific program goals, objectives, metrics, and reporting processes and managing the program’s IT contracting strategies. 
  • The incumbent executes and enforces IT management contract services, policies, standards, programs, plans, and budget for issues in order to synchronize operations and activities. 
  • The incumbent serves as the program’s lead Information Technology Project Manager (ITPM) for contract strategy and management, acting as the lead Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). 
  • Responsible for supporting and providing detailed reviews and evaluation of matters relating to the management, oversight, and implementation of operational policy related to contracts. 
  • Advocates for and monitors the execution of contract services and sets appropriate structures and processes in place to ensure delivery.”
